With a grain size of 1.0–2.0 mm, it’s ideal for high-flow systems, offering enough weight to stay in place while still supporting burrowing species and natural sand-sifting behavior. Its aragonite composition helps buffer pH and stabilize alkalinity, creating an optimal environment for corals, invertebrates, and marine fish.
